Eden Internal Medicine PLLC has been serving patients since 1978. Our goal is to provide patients with the highest quality of clinical care whether it is treatment for chronic and acute diseases or simply preventative. The longstanding relationship Eden Internal holds with the community is a testimony to the quality of care that our physicians provide to every patient. The practice is maintained by primary care physicians, Dr. Dhruv B. Vyas and Dr. Ashish C. Shah. The Consumer Research Council of America has repeatedly listed both as “Top Physicians of America.” Other providers, Ann White, FNP-BC, Naitik H. Panwala, PA, Mackenzie B. Barham, DNP AGNP, Taylor B. Woodson, FNP-C and Keavie Hairfield, FNP-BC, also serve our patient’s needs.
Our office strives to provide our patients with the best of medical care in sickness and wellness. With that in mind, we provide comprehensive patient care in the office, hospital and nursing home settings. Our offices provide diagnostic, preventive, and cosmetic services for the conveniences of all our patients. Our practice model of comprehensive care is unique and hard to find in the current healthcare environment. This includes our Chronic Care Management Program and a co-management agreement with Cone Behavioral Health. All patients have access to FollowMyHealth, our “patient portal” to access their health history, labs, ask questions and make payments online. With more than 35 years of service, our compassionate staff treats all patients with the utmost respect, dignity and humanity.

Office Hours
We are open Monday through Friday 8:15 AM – 4:45 PM. You may schedule an appointment during these hours with either our physicians or nurse practitioners by calling us at (336) 627-4896, Option 2 or you can request an appointment by clicking the appointment tab at the top of the page. We know that your time is valuable, so we make every effort to stay on time. From time to time an emergency may arise; we will try to keep you informed. Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time to complete or update your demographic and insurance information. Be prepared to show your insurance information with each visit. Co-pays are due at the time of service.
Even when we are closed, we are here for you. After hours and holidays call (336) 623-9711, option 0 for the hospital operator. The hospital operator will page the doctor on call for our practice. The doctor will call you back. If needed the phone call will be converted into a video visit to help meet your health care needs.
We ask that you bring all your medications with you to each office visit. These will be reviewed and refilled at that time. If you have forgotten to bring your medications and refills are needed, please call your pharmacist. They will then fax our office for the necessary refills. Controlled medications require an office visit and are only filled during regular business hours.
